Sarah has lived and studied abroad in two different countries. She went on to get her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and later obtained her Master’s degree in Business Administration.

 

In 2005, Sarah started working for a small locally-owned Kansas City lawn care company with 75 employees. By 2014, the lawn care company had over 250 employees, and was one of the largest lawn and landscape companies in the Midwest with offices in St. Louis, Tulsa, Springfield and Wichita. Working for a locally-owned business gave Sarah insight into the growing pains a small business goes through when trying to go from Good to Great.

 

After 2014, Sarah went on to work as the Communications Specialist for CBRE on the Sprint account at the Sprint Headquarters. CBRE is the world's largest commercial real estate company and was the highest-ranked company in the commercial real estate sector in 2014 by Fortune 500. Sarah started a little cream & sugar in 2015 and has been providing affordable marketing and communication services for small businesses in the Kansas City area ever since.

 

In 2018, Sarah made a professional move and accepted the position of corporate communications manager for a large Kansas City manufacturing company.
